When following a Spoked training plan, there are three quick tips you need to be mindful of.

1. Set a milestone marker

Whenever you start a new plan or introduce a change into your training one the best ways to know if it has improved your cycling is to set a milestone marker. Riding a full gas 3-5 min effort at the start and then 6 weeks later, there is no hiding your results. So you know exactly if this change has helped you.

If you start training with Spoked and don't improve over 6 weeks, please email the team - [email protected] and we'll give you a refund.

2. Be honest

Just like a cycling coach would ask you questions about your training and how you're feeling, Spoked does the same thing. It's this personal feedback that influences your plan changes. So if you're not honest with your answers, your training plan won't reflect how you're feeling.

3. Enjoy the process

One of the most underrated factors to improving on the bike is enjoying the process. If you enjoy the process, you're going stay more consistent. Plus mentally you'll be in better place, as cycling is at least 60% mental and 40% physical.
