Picking a goal can be a tricky thing to do. But when it comes down to think, there are two main factors to consider.

1. What you'll enjoy the most?

You have that sportive on the horizon or that crit race you want to lead the pack on. These are goals that mean something to you.

2. What area of your cycling do you want to work on?

If you don't have a specific goal, that's cool. Analysing your cycling, is there a particular area you want to improve? This can your power up short climbs, or you just want to improve you're all round ability.

Having focus on the bike no matter what of year it is, will ensure you don't overcook things and maximise the time you do have.
